I have put together an ongoing list of websites that you might find useful. These are sites we use in school that have lots of resources, games and information.

Phonics

Reception is split into two groups for phonics, if you are unsure which group your child is in please pop in and ask.

Week of 13.10.14

Group one: we will be working on Phase two sounds- j, v, w, y

Group two: This week we will be working on phase two sounds- e, h, b, u

Maths

The focus of our maths work this week will be measurement and patterns.

We will be ordering objects according to height and length as well as using different units to measure objects.

Finally we will be creating and continuing patterns using colours and shapes.
